Cancellation Policy

Please consider before cancelling. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice for haircuts, ayurvedic head spa, steams, sauna, & facial services if for any reason you need to cancel, and 48 hours for color/ chemical services and any services over 2 hours long or you forfeit 50 percent of the services booked. As it is difficult to fill the spot last minute. We allow a 15 minute grace period to show up for your appointment. No call, no show or same day cancellations will be charge 100 percent of the service booked. We only accept call or text to the salon 404-502-9744 or service provider for cancellations. Thank you for understanding and valuing our time.

Redo/ refunding

We are a salon of professional highly trained hairstylists that are independent contractors functioning as a team. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service please contact your service provider so they have the chance to make it right for you. We focus heavily on integrity and thorough consultations to avoid redo’s, there for we do not do refunds. Its important for you to connect with your stylist, so we always recommend a color consultation before booking an appt. Parking Instructions

We are at the bottom of Ayla apartments on 44 Krog Street NE Atlanta, GA 30307. The bldg is “pay to park” using the Park Mobile App (code 7245 it will say ayla apartments, please note wifi is super weak inside the parking garage so you may need to turn it off or move closer to the entrance) - on the first floor of parking garage. There is also a parking garage directly across the street from us on Krog Street- Monday-Thursday the first hour is free, again be sure to pay before leaving the garage. However there is FREE parking all along Edgewood street which is a short walk away. Please be sure to pay for enough time for your Appt ( you can always check with your stylist for the time needed). But we recommend error on the side of caution so your not stressed and rushing. Option to download the park mobile app ahead of time & enter information needed to make parking very easy once you’ve arrived.

Children

We love children and cutting their hair…But we kindly ask to keep them close and quiet so others can enjoy their stress free environment. We have a lot of breakables so we ask that they sit next to you if you are being serviced at all times. We have a few toys for them to keep busy as well. Feel free to bring headphones and electronics for them to enjoy as you are serviced.
